It was a blast! I was so sore the next day, though. I told my hubby that we should get one...they are great exercise! Then I found out that they are about $5,000-$7,000!

I'm surprised I lasted as long as I did since I had never done it before. Once you get the rhythm down, it's not so bad...until the guy running the controls flips it around and speeds it up :~)
