One my walk by the river today I caught sight of a green heron. It's a crappy overcast day so my photos were crap but here is a very short video of the green heron in flight. He was fast but there are several good glimpses of him.

It really was. When I was at the botanical gardens in Birmingham I got within 3 and 4 feet of them but I guess they were use to people being around.
