I received 3 sunshine radian car seats on Tues July 21 from the http://www.kyledavidmiller.org They are 5 point harness that go up to 65lbs. In this video I am learning how to properly install them in a vehicle. I also learned the difference between a locking clip seat belt and a non one .

Ok, one correction. In the description. "Locking latchplate", not "locking clip seat belt"
