My 10 year old son being baptized. The day turned out great.

Interesting Baptism, I have never seen it done in a pool at that age. Congrats to your son.
It was going to be in the river. But a big thunderstorm came through. So, it was ecided to use the pool as soon as it seem to pass. Before it came back through again.

yes, it most certainly is. I feel the church went way out of their way tomake this a most memorable experiece for all these children. It had a very big turn out.

How great, Minipin. Our church always does baptisms in our pastor's pool. (United Methodist usually sprinkle, but we're different.)
There was talk of doing the sprinling with the kids. But the kids all wanted to be dunked..so th choice was made. I was very happy to be a part of this. It was truely amazing. Usaully I see bbies or older kids in their teens get baptized....but this was for the younger kids. It took ver a year of pressuringthe preacher and plannig. As they didn't want to do it just for 4 kids. But then the church found out alot more kids wer interested in getting baptized...17 in all showed up to be baptized.
