Hi, Boys & Girls! Well, this week's big TV changeover is now re-scheduled for June. Whew! Thank goodness the government realized that 4 years isn't enough time to plan such a big event properly ... especially when they're so busy passing the most expensive law of all time in 2 weeks without reading it. Sure, the new stimulus package may seem hard to figure out. But you can be sure Uncle Jay will explain it, just as soon as he figures it out. He does his very best, right here.
