I have heard that certain words or phrases in email or chats do trigger some sort of check.
It's part of the Patriot Act, I believe. I guess this makes Watergate look like small potatoes, eh?

It makes Watergate look like tater tots. Essentially, what's happened is that the White House, instead of just breaking into a single office, broke into every private home and business in America, and instead of Congress blowing the whistle, Congress helped to cover it up.
