Are you always rushing around trying to get things done? Rod Sherwin suggests slowing down to a bare foot pace since walking bare foot forces you to bring your attention in to the present and pay attention to the here and now. Rod uses EFT tapping to help you relax and focus on this for the holiday season.

A word to EFT newbies. When you have downloaded the free manual from founder Gary Craig's website at www.emofree.com , you will see that he taps in different places and in a different order than Rod does. This doesn't mean that either is incorrect. Herein lies the flexible beauty of EFT. There are discussions on Gary's website between practitioners and self-healers about the use of various tapping points.
There are many acupressure/acupuncture spots on the meridians of the body. I'll go looking for a full body chart to show these spots and post it here on the group. There are also duplicate tapping points for the complete body on our hands and also on our feet. If you have a reflexology chart, then you have those points as well. Many healing modalities use the points on the body meridians and they all work. I'll also write up how I use the points near the knuckles to calm myself in the dentist's chair. What a great way to keep anxiety down and tap away pain.
And EFT works too, the difference is that you don't have to be trained to help yourself with EFT, a bit of study and an open mind are all you need for most things. Blessings and thanks to our EFT practitioners who are there for the more difficult issues and to help those who want personal guidance in the technique.
Thanks again, Rod. We'll look forward to more from you, please.
