Bernie the Giraffe may be just a child's toy, but even he see's that there's something wrong with the idea of Barack Obama stimulating the economy by cutting taxes. Isn't that what George W. Bush did when he became President? A fat lot of good that did us. It's the same old technique every recent President has tried and failed with. Now Barack Obama is repeating what's been done before. How does this qualify Obama as the Change President?
