Thousands of protesters have joined delegates, journalists and volunteers in St. Paul for the Republican National Convention. One of the groups that has staged several events is the Poor People's Economic Human Rights Campaign. Already late last week before most delegates even arrived, the group set up their "Bushvilles," comprised of groups of mattresses on the floor or ground. Both of those events resulted in the group ending their protest after being asked to vacate the area by police. On Monday, the group set up its latest "Bushville" in a vacant lot on Western Avenue in St. Paul.
