When Will Man Reach Perfection?

From an album that I and one of my oldest friends bought back in 1967, entitled "Music and Gibran", a collection of poetry by Kahlil Gibran, read by a NY disk jockey named Rosko, to Lebanese music of "The John Berberian Ensemble". Some releases of the album were entitled "The Prophet", but none of the selections came from that book, but from several other of Gibran's books, so I believe it was re-released under the title "Music and Gibran". On another of my videos using selections from the album, Gather member Hakim Alaji stated that he'd like to hear "When Will Man Reach Perfection?", so here it is, with pictures OF Kahlil Gibran through various periods of his life, and some of the paintings BY Kahlil Gibran, without attempting to match images with the words. Perhaps one day I'll re-make it with imagry to suit the dialogue, but not today.

I react to the title. For me thee is no question to become perfect ever. My ideal is to increase our sensibility and go with the rythm of our years seasons, and that of the music of the planets. Then, we shall move also in harmony between us and we might finaly see the light and stop wars!
