Homemade French Toast

French Toast I made 2 eggs 8 oz lactose free milk (you can use more if you like to soak) I use a whisk to beat it together. Dip bread slices, then cook until done. You can serve with these blueberries or any other fruit that is grown in your area. Save money make large amounts at once and freeze them. This way you have a quick meal anytime of the day.

That is a great idea using the lactose free milk then if you have overnighter company and they have a problem with milk perfect!!!!

I suppose a person could also use soy milk too if its the pasterization process their body doesn't like either (like me.) I'm starting to get into the habit of cooking without milk. thank you so much for posting.
