George, I think it's a good idea and a damn good first shot.

If you're going to do the "talking" head I think you need to lose the script notes.

Or give them same talk as a voice over on other video or a still montage.

Interesting, a little confused by your reading definition and then interpreting it with current issues. It might be more clear to read the whole definition first, then break it down and apply it to the issues you mention, which are your opinion, not the dictionary.

I miss the first tracks contest and everyone's music submissions.

George, I was able to follow your presentation just fine, not bothered by a talking head using a real script instead of a teleprompter, or by interjections of examples. I presume you've got a course charted out for this that leads to a lot more depth about how it could benefit us to strive for reality.
