Subway musician

Another subway musician captured at the 51st street station. I wanted to record his previous song but I wasn't fast enough. He'd been playing the "godfather" theme. I liked that too. The erhu, also called nanhu, and sometimes known in the West as the "Chinese violin" or "Chinese two-string fiddle," is a two-stringed bowed musical instrument, used as a solo instrument as well as in small ensembles and large orchestras. I can't tell what he is playing.,,,it sounds like one of those chinese instruments........sometimes these musicians can make waiting on the platform a lot more enjoyable, especially in the summer months to come when it will be steaming hot!
