This is a short video clip from the DVD "FOUND SOUNDS BAHIA". Jair Rezende leads the street music of ARRASTAO, a samba-reggae band in the Candeal section of Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. What makes them so interesting is that Jair and all the band members make instruments and costumes for the Band made from recycled, re-purposed, and reused materials.
