Great video. The view from your beach house is wonderful. I've read all your books and loved every one. Sullivan's Island is special though. I went to Dunlevey's two weeks ago and felt like a character in Land of Mango Sunsets. I am a writer of children's books and am now scouring the land for an agent for my first novel, Tennessee Waltz. Any advice?

D: Is this the house your husband wouldn't buy for you from your family estate? That inspired you to write your first book to be able to buy the house yourself? You told this story at the opening reception for authors at the South Carolina Book Festival. Among several stories that were very funny. Hope your writing goes well. I seem to analyze every window now as a possible place to write from. And this winter I had the best spot on a sailboat in Palmetto where I wrote 3/4ths of my next novel; Catcher, Caught. About a 16 year old boy with leukemia who thinks his best friend is Holden Caulfield.
