Oh my gosh that was so cool! Awww it's so cute the convo with you & your boy haha "It's not a rated R show..." LOL! Don't you just hate when someone calls during your cooking show? I think you forgot to egg wash that ball...I think the phone distracted you a bit ;o). Next time you will probably turn the ringer off right? ;o) I SOOOOOO want to make these! Can you do a recipe in an article? I kind of caught the ingredients & it made me want them right now LOL, but yeah I want the sauce secret ingredients... ;o). The music was such a nice touch too. Over all I really enjoyed this cooking show & look forward to seeing more ;o)

The Arancini's sound and look delicious, though most of the cooking shows, show the cooks eating the cooked item afterwards.

Marco, you gotta love a guy that cooks!!! Both of my son's are "Chef Saluto"s, and the ladies love it! Those look delish, and I now I am hungry . I hope you print the recipe for us, tho only thing Italian down here is the Barilla, in the Grocery store. I really miss that it was everywhere in the city. My son's wives love that they cook my pasta sauce's, (now they have their own variations which they insist are superior, Pshaw on that!!!) and I know that your lovely wife is thrilled with two cooks in the house, beside yourself. Arancini take me back to my childhood...
I wonder, do you need to use a short grain rice in order for them to be sticky enough to hold together?
One that you made in the tape didn't get the egg-wash. Is the egg-wash optional?
