I encoded the file with windows media encoder to try to get as close as possible to the specs in the Video Quality- Video Publishing Tips: 640x480 bitrate 280. . Still not happy with the results. Is this typical?Here is the video embedded in a webpage and you can see the difference in quality:

Wow- so many comments recently- thank you all.
We shot the video in one afternoon. Most of the time was in preparation, script writing and then editing. Ooh the fun I could have with the out-takes! (but I promised).
Erica-- You are right that you can't be hypnotized if you don't allow it. Ms Lane, the hypnotist in the video spends a great deal of time getting to know her clients and preparing for the actual hypnosis. . I am amazed at how thorough she is revealing not only the main reason the client is seeking her assistance- but the underlying issues that keep them from success. Also, some people I am told, may have control issues and she puts them at ease (as much as they will allow).
