I've been married forever, but I do have a body pillow. These old shoulders can't take hanging there when I lay on my side; gotta prop an elbow on the pillow.

Body pillows are the next best things to someone in your bed, especially when you're single. They comforted me quite a few nights!

I'm married, and still have a body pillow. It doesnt snore, doesnt roll over, doesnt elbow me....it's quite nice. lol

Tom thanks for sharing the info. Who knew there was so much science in selecting beds and pillows. I'm afraid I would have been like you, when you spoke to Select's CEO. But a body pillow...Yep, I think I'm gonna have to check into getting one.

You got some interesting feedback and pictures on here. I think that made me laugh as much as watching you try to keep a straight face and forget the camera watching your every move, lol!

I have the same basic ergonomic pillow for my head/neck that Tom was using at the end... I sleep both on my back and on my side. I've had multiple car accidents (I'm the one who was hit on each occasion), so I MUST sleep with an ergonomic pillow or I'm in pain in the morning. I also use a knee pillow which keeps my back alligned, and now even a regular pillow between my two feet. Probably all amounts to a body pillow (except for the head)! All of these pillows that I use, however, make for a much better night's sleep and no pain in the morning when I get up.

I think I need one of those Select Comfort beds. Maybe then, I'd actually sleep properly.... nah.
