I've learned all these dirty secrets from my mom who is the most frugal shopper I know. 8 out of 10 times she goes shopping, she ends up saving over $100 on groceries alone. I've learned to save even more by buying store/generic brands or buying in bulk. Whenever stores do a total switch-a-roo on me, I will literally take the time to relearn where everything I normally buy at that particular store is. Basically, if it's not on sale or I don't have a coupon for it, I don't buy it unless it's something I need right away which is seldom since I'm always looking ahead so-to-speak.

You are so right in this video about many things. Yeah milk is always in the back :) they want us to look to other thing, but if you have hubby like me, we are gonna buy only what we need and that's it.So no trick work for me(or I rather say for him)
