Last night's dinner was steak sandwiches on multi grain ciabatta, and served with fried potatoes. Yummy meal! Lots of chipotle mayo topped it all off!

The original recipes called for adding frozen mixed veggies to this dish. I didn't have any on hand, and they weren't even missed.

Last night I fried up some shrimp and made a chipotle mayo shrimp sandwich and served it with potato salad. Easy and good!

This was a fantastic sauce! It's probably one of the best I've found for bolognese.
I served it with homemade garlic bread, which was just a loaf of fresh French bread slathered with butter and garlic . . .

My girl Ronda invited me to dinner last night for a feast! She made homemade spaghetti, salad, bread and fruit pizza for dessert. Amazing!

Absolutely marvelous recipe! I added a marinade step to this, but the original doesn't call for one.

This was a huge disappointment. It's as simple as that. And it's got me stumped: how could I have made it better? I even used really good Hungarian paprika and served it with egg noodles!

The "claim" on Stewart's recipe is that these are best ever buttermilk pancakes. Well, I've had a lot buttermilk pancakes in my day, and I actually agree.

This turned out excellent! I just love cooking with Ancho chiles!
This is medium spicy.
