Yes, 31 years old. I believe it was petronitis (sp) from a bleeding ulcer.

I was reading it has somthing to do with appendicitis and the complications of the surgery aftermath. I don't think we'll ever know.

Yes that was before penicillin so a lot of people died that could have been saved if they had had it.

Peritonitis. It is a horrible way to die. Infection in the abdominal cavity especially if the appendices rupture. So sad.
