Homegrown Chard and Homegrown Leek Tart with a Gruyere topping in a Puff Pastry Crust and garnished with Homegrown Chives. Serve with Dijon Mustard.

David, your instincts are excellent. I braised the chard and leek in a dry white wine and, yes, a glass to accompany the finished dish was superb! Thanks.

I repeat my comment from FB............MMMmmmmmmm!

So summery sounding and yes, the dry white would be perfect with this.

We had braised chicken with Tahini sauce and brown rice.... also yummy

I've been into streamlined cooking lately myself. Never know how many to cook for so I've been doing big batches a couple times a week and adding fresh veggies daily. It works.

Kat, it was really good! Great combo and so easy to throw together. I wasn't crazy about chard until I started using it in things like this. Although I'm not certain whether it's now better because it's homegrown or because of the use in the tart.
