My new novel, set on Mobile Bay. The cover was done by Peter Joseph Swanson, who took two of my bay photos and morphed them into one spectacular glory!

Haa... thanks! It should be Kindle-ized in about a week. (You said recently you'd been thinking about getting a Kindle and I have to admit I'm leaning that way too. The main thing holding me back now is that as much as I DON'T read now, will I end up owning a cool shiny new unused toy?)

Get one!!!! I love my Kindle. I don't have as much time to read as I would like but I love knowing my Kindle is there loaded with books when I want it.

I got a color Nook a couple of months ago and can't say anything bad about it other than the battery life isn't as long as I'd like.
