This is my apartment complex. You cannot see it from this picture, but there are actually three floors. You see the first and second, but if you walk into the breeze way, there will be stairs to go to the bottom floor. I live on the top floor. At the bottom of the picture you can see my little Annabelle.

Yes.. All things considered (two guys trying to kick my door in, having to call 911 when a woman was outside threatening to kill her boyfriend), I like the people. And since I moved from the bottom floor to the top, my kitchen sink has not overflowed again. Which is a major plus.

I hope I didn't sound sarcastic. I was serious. I've had some scary experiences here, but the people currently in charge are really trying to help. They have asked the police to send a car a couple of times a night just to drive through the complex and check on things.

I have a deadbolt lock. It's the only thing that kept my door from opening.

Yes, she looks so small. Sometimes I forget how small she is until I see her against other dogs.

Sometimes I wish we still lived in an apartment. Those times are when I have to mow, the air conditioner goes on the fritz, there is a leak in the bathroom, paying the bill for pool maintenance, replacing the screens around the patio, etc.

I understand. But then there are the times the leaks in the bathroom and the air conditioners are broken, the sink over flows, and you have to wait forever for them to fix it. And then my electric bill is so high because there the patio screen leaks air. In the winter two inches of snow in two different places came in on my carpet. And they aren't required to repair it. I checked. They say it doesn't pose a hazard. So in the winter it is never warm, which I'm okay with. But in the summer it's never cool. And I'm not okay with that. I can always get warmer with blankets. But I don't cool off well. And the smoke smell from the cigarette smokers next door leaks through the walls. The kids in the complex run screaming through the breeze ways.

I actually don't mind anything about apartment living too much except for lack of a yard. I want my own yard.

looks like a nice and clean apartment complex, but sorry to hear about the problems, that would scare me enough to want to move out completely
