From 28°, heavy flakes the size of Rhode Island, stacking in two or three hours to astonishing depth
To 30° where it all turns to greased pig slop (my husband's term of enduring endearment).
The only way to contend with it is to love it up to your armpits. If you like swimming, love getting warmed up after, appreciate the stunning beauty and remember always what bluejay clear and cold is (...to die for), this stuff in early winter is a small window to step through. Outside over there.
To drive it season after season takes a special tenacity. We're like Newfy's here. This is where we live and we like it. Go figure.
