But he's game to wade through the deep snow with me, crosses streams and climbs logs well. And he knows how to forage. He'll make an excellent pack goat.
My daughter's young man helped me to construct a nice pack saddle and while home I'm weaving my first saddle blanket.

They were brought to the U.S. from Switzerland in the fifties I believe.
You really had a good flock it sounds. I finally understand. I was not too keen on goats before these guys, but I find, I really enjoy the whole involvement.
