Buffalo Chicken Dip, served with Celery. You are supposed to let it sit a bit to thicken, but like usual, I couldn't wait! This was awesome! Dinner: I made a whole roast chicken rubbed with bbq spices and served it with homemade bbq sauce for dipping and corn. Dinner: Grilled Chicken Shwarma Wraps with Cucumber Sauce, Fresh Romaine, Thinly Sliced Onion and Tomato. Served on a warm homemade flatbread. I made a big pot of chicken and rice soup last week. It was perfect for these cold winter nights! (Not sure why the photo turned out fuzzy though).
