A macro view of my handcrafted Folkcraft Instruments teardrop mountain dulcimer. The back and sides are Northern Cherry, the soundboard is Western Red Cedar, the fretboard support is Yellow Maple, and the fingerboard itself is Padauk. This is a well-built, beautiful-sounding piece of craftsmanship!
