flowers,impatiens

It has taken all summer to get my impatiens to this pretty state and now frost looms with every sunset. Soon they will wither and die, heralding another long, bitter winter. Every day they survive is a joy to me.

:o) I'm still watering mine. They don't look nearly as splendid as they did earlier in the season, but I can't just let them die of thirst.

Yours are lovely! Maybe you should make that shot your wallpaper for the winter?
