Thanks so much! I've tried to photograph this before, but the background is busy with other sculptures and it was hard to pick it out. Now with this new camera I can shoot in this selective color mode and voila! It shows up. :)

It's part of his bird flock. He has a ton more on the other side of the path (behind where I was standing) they are all made from instruments.

I see what you mean. I just googled Dr Evermor & am so impressed with the amount of sculpting he's done with metal. And to put it on display for free for everyone to see. How awesome is that? Thank you for sharing this park!

Yes, he's amazing in that he does it all for free - for the love of the art - and that he's done so many pieces.

He still creates those pieces, too. He's always there under his tent behind the Forevertron working away.

This is from Dr Evermor's Art Park in North Freedom, WI. He has a whole park full of these sculptures. I have photos posted of many of the others and an essay up as well if you are curious. You can also Google him.

Wow, that's really neat that he has a whole park of sculptures. I wish they had something more like that where I live at. We do have a placed called Frderick Meijer Gardens that has some outdoor art sculptures, but nothing quite as interesting as this! Thanks :)

There's another display by a different artist on the way to Mount Horeb. Though this one is private by their house, but we did stop to look around once.

These sorts of sculptures simply amaze me.
