Sorry, I think this is creepy. My dad has blood clot issues, he has to wear a support stockings when he drives long distances, he only wears them with long pants and they are knee high. I would never want my husband to wear this look. Each to their own I guess.

I think these would be a godsend for travel, really! On long flights like those we take to and from the Philippines, (23 LONG hours) support hose is always recommended for the travelers. Women use them all the time. You know, anytime something radically new starts to emerge on the scene, people tend to resist it. But, with as many guys who complain of tired, achy feeling legs (whether because of getting a little older, having jobs on their feet all day, etc...), there are more who are wearing some sort of non-medical support hose--similar to what women have had available to them for years. So, does that mean that if a guy needs them in order to not have the leg discomfort or pain, he can no longer wear shorts?

That's the reason for the growing men's legwear trend. Not everyone's going to wear sheer black hose like I am in the example here. However, I'm kind of out there on the edge, while many, many others are just wearing less noticeable skintone hose and nobody really even notices. And, yes, it does help if you do something about leg hair. Not necessarily shaving it... you can just give it a trim and it's short enough that it doesn't show up. A bunch of leg hair matted under hose would definitely not be very good looking.

I'll bet that the ladies who laugh and scoff at guys wearing ph are the same ones who don't like wearing ph themselves. I'm a woman myself and plenty other women like me who wear pantyhose could care less that men wear them and would in fact admire men who do wear them. To the ladies who have a problem with men wearing pantyhose, grow up. Just because you don't like wearing them doesn't mean men cannot wear them as they please. I would like to hear one single woman who actually likes wearing pantyhose who is against men wearing them because she thinks he's "gay" or whatever.
