digital photo restoration
"We didn't have any money, but we sure weren't poor!" ~Nettie Maud Freeman, 1876 - 1964. Photo taken by wandering photographer circa 1912. My mother is the little girl who has already soiled her white Sunday dress and has her hair ribbons all askew. Talk about attitude! How many times did I see that very same expression! Such a sweet memory. Posted to show the "magic" of photo restoration done by John B. (cameraman99) here on Gather. Thank you, John. What a great job of digital repair you did on this precious family keepsake!

Natalie, this is a wonderful portrait. I spent 3 years restoring family photos and saving them on DVDs after my father died. It's a wonderful project that everyone valued.
