Gorgeous Rose! I just saw a great blue at Mirror lake yesterday but he was all the way across the lake so the shots aren't all that wonderful.

Sometimes you just get lucky, but there's not much you can do if they are too far away for a good shot!
I don't have any extra lenses - so either he's within range or I don't get a shot:(

The colors looked different in every photo, to my eyes he looked a bluish purple or a purplish blue:)
