Cody, Wyoming, Cowboy Village A great place to stay, new individual log cabins, clean & comfy, friendly & helpful staff with Internet Access, super continental breakfasts. One stop among many on a 5000 mile trip out West my hubby & I took last July, 2008. Hubby's trusty 2007 Honda Gold Wing (touring bike) made for a trouble-free & comfy trip. Saved a lot of money on fuel. Roughly 40 mpg. 35 mpg at the lowest (probably going uphill up a mountain or into a headwind) and 53 mpg at the highest (maybe downhill). We burned approx. 120 gal. of fuel at an approx. cost $500 for a 17 day road trip from Michigan up to Grand Forks, North Dakota and then rode South and West thru the plains & mountains, sightseeing in and around Yellowstone National Park, thru the Rocky Mountains to our final destination, Denver, Colorado and the trip back home to Michigan.
