I guess some of us are still here, but for long I can't really say.  I must admit Gather is becoming more of a political left-wing entity than it is an outlet for authors and readers. But, I'm still here as both an author and a reader for how long...I won't venture a guess.  Mark has a wonderful list of experiences.  Wish I knew him when he was a filmmaker, I would have loved to have him turn my novels into films. :)!

I soooooooooooooooo agree Elena, as appears to be this nation as a whole these days..... A pity too....... Anyway, hopefully you will read the book, present your thoughts on it then encourage others, if you feel it warrented and led to do so..

Angela, you read romances.. Ideate this as a  "romance or wooing of the spirits" Positive and Negative, Light and Darkness...... Empowerment or Control...... The substances and involvements in life of which each may ultimantly choose for themselves......

If you change browsers you should be able to create a regular post.  Your title, picture and writing do not match

I've tried that, Sunaua and every other suggestion that gather gave me... It makes no difference.. I can't post articles from my computer. Period.. They don't know why this is happening... I try to match up the pic with the overall theme of the post but of course, each person may see something different in the picture..

Go into Explorer, when the post is ready to send you will see a little box asking for an update.  You have to say yes or it will not send

First off,  does  a  lifetime of trying  to BECOME  a professional  writer  count?  ( Yeah, I  know: not in the  wallet.) As for the photo. I saw 2  beautiful  children--BUT I also  a  band-aid on a boy's arm, and big cat with big paws.  Any Connection whatsoever there?  /// Also,  being a professional reader doesn't pay as well  either anymore.//Lastly,  several nights ago--as has happened  before---  I  wrote  an article on here  then could neither get it saved or  submitted. Just a gather  note each time "something went wrong here. Let's see can  we  get you back on track.///  I  lost the article  in  the end, without saving or submission being possible. I  haven't tried to write a thing here since ( as a post).///  You  two take care. As always--Lonnie

I was thinking that the cat looks very patient.  They usually are very tolerant of children. The Littl'uns is on my list of books to read.  I'm proud to have contributed a recipe to the Littl'uns Cookbook and have a Littl'un named for me!

Alright, Jan!! Way to go! Bump it up to the top of your list? Then pls let us all know your thoughts after you read Littluns! The extremely high quality of the book itself as well as the story it tells will amaze you....... 

Btw, that cat's name is "Perdy" lol..  Was raised with the kids.. There's two of them. Both were very weak and sickly when my daughter brought them home a year ago.. You sure wouldn't know it now... lol..
