Mmmmmmmmmm...what dressing did she use on this?

I love the use of squash in it. Somehow, I'm wanting
to add chopped basil in it and then dive in.

I'm back at Eva's for another weekend of babysitting. They are going down to LA for a wedding in the morning. I'll ask her what she used for dressing in the morning.
