"Sarge, I won't let them take you to the glue factory! You're the greatest horse in the world!" A line from the upcoming summer remake of "National Velvet." Starring Tori H. and her faithful horse, Sarge. (Created with MS Paint for the weekly drawing challenge. Theme: Summer.) When I was a kid, we didn't have DVD players so we went to the beach on Tuesdays and Wednesdays we always went to the matinee and watched old movies like "Sinbad Meets Godzilla" or some other cheesy flick. My favorite was "Lassie Come Home," or was it "Lassie You're Really A Boy Dog!" I can't remember exactly, but it was great summer fun!

There is actually a movie where Godzilla meets King Kong.  I saw it at the matinee.  It was a double feature that included Frankenstein's Wife.
