I really wish there were a caption with this image. Knowing precisely what it is and where it is would be helpful. The only thing I can be certain of is that it isn't anyone I went to high school with nor is it any of my immediate relatives though there is a minor resemblence to Uncle Joe who I haven't seen in several years.
I'm thinking... It's in a restaraunt window in downtown Minneapolis 9th & Niccolet. Heart-shaped weirdo?
Ann and I will have to go take a look at it. Fascinating that it's right here in Minnesota.
