Cute icon. Welcome to Gather Lynn, have fun!
Thank you for the welcome. Love those Red Sox. What part of Arizona are you in? My daughter was stationed in Yuma. Boy is that place dry!
You're welcome! I live out in east Mesa, which is east of Phoenix. I've been through Yuma several times, yep... a bit dry out there, LOL.
Diamondbacks fan here of course... ;-)
Ashley was a Diamondbacks and a Red Sox fan when she was there. We were in Phoenix several times obviously, when we flew in. When we drove up to San Diego from Yuma we noticed once you got above Phoenix it wasn't all that bad. I wouldn't mind living in a warmer climate but my husband loves New Hampshire so I'm sure this is where we will stay freezing out butts off in the winter!
Yeah, the northern part of the state is much cooler in the summer, and we want to move more north later. We love Arizona though; so varied in landscapes etc. I used to live in upstate NY (Plattsburgh) so I have gone from one extreme to the other, LOL.
A nice icon.
