Thank you Rae.  I generally avoid being in front of a camera but as I continue with my work as a writer I need professional photos.  The photographer was generous and gave me a CD of all the photos he took.  He only asks that I give him credit.

So as a professional writer do you HAVE to have photos taken??  Yikes you have me getting scared... I am not fond of being in front of the camera....  maybe I don't want to be a writer?

I've been leading playwriting workshops and the sponsors often ask for a photo for publicity purposes.  In the past I used more casual photos. 

Don't give up on writing because of this.  Slowly but surely.  Keep on writing.  It will be amazing how you push yourself.
