I followed the link and am suprised to see cayenne pepper as one of the spices.
That is certainly not what I expect, but then again what do I know about cooking? LOL

The cayenne doesn't add heat (if it does you used too much), just a little edge that really highlights the apple flavor.
Donna,
In this case I had it with pork medallions with strawberry gastrique, but it's also particularly good with roast chicken.
You can also roll it in crepes with a dollop of vanilla ice cream as a dessert.
