We had just gotten this little dog from a rescue group north of here and he was exploring his new digs. We were in the process of landscaping our backyard and I just happened to have the camera ready to take this photo. I thought it was very unusual the way he was walking on his hind legs trying to see what was in the big bowl! He's still a joy in our lives and he makes us laugh almost daily by his hijinks.
We were hiking in the desert with our two dogs when this small lab came out of nowhere and started hiking with us. I have no idea if he got lost or was left there. No one ever put an ad in the paper so we kept him. He is a joy. Three keeps you busy that is for sure. He is more friendly than the border collies.
