Nice shot!

We have just begun harvesting our garlic, and will probably dig up most of it over the holiday weekend. I used a head of our Bzenc (a Czech variety known for spiciness) in some packet-grilled asparagus this evening and it was wonderful.

(I should mention that the Bzenc has come in fairly small and a single head means only 2-3 cloves, so we're not overpowering things here...)

More garlic cloves from my garden. I tried to get more close-up. Taken with Kodak D663 Garlic that I just picked from over winter growing. I have approximately 60 plants. This is garlic that we grew over winter. It is now harvested, dried and ready to use. Balloon flower.
