i'm thinking about trying to make a website and I was wondering about how to handle the detail shots. I suppose I should look at a bunch of artists' sites to see if anyone has an elegant way to do it. In my mind it would be easy to go from the full view to the detail and back again.
I'll be right back.

That would work perfectly for a painting I think!
I'm glad you like the image. And I'm glad the coffee is on! I'm on my way to take my daughter to school... talk to later. Have a great day.
You have articulated a quality which bluejays demonstrate. "Distant Friend". Not a perfect friend, and sometimes grumpy, but always around.
It is the perfect way to describe why I chose jays for this picture. Like many birds and animals of all kinds, including humans, bluejays are excellent sentries. When something is different in their environment, they notice.
They band together, not exactly a flock, imo, but a loose-knit posse.
