It is when there is a stressful situation in which you can't fight or flee or take other physical action, that the stress can harm your body — and that's the part to learn to take care of.
Stress is good if there is a release. Exercise is stress that works for you.
lets me say I never added bullets flying and your friends dying in front of you...that is only one situation.
More insidious for me, and part of this Byte, is the everyday stress we accept because of how we react to small things that happens, putting ourselves down, worrying about things we have no control over, etc.
And there are no bads in Byteland. Whatever connections are made that work for each of us. Therefore, no rights or wrongs either.
ByteLand is a "Stress-Free Zone." :)
