looking forward to seeing this.......i am thoroughly convinced that we need to look at the more "primitive" cultures for healthy eating. Modern technology has wreaked havoc!

This is the same thing that I proposed in May as the "Caveman Diet" and was severely criticized by doing so. I was blasted by Donald and by Dorine. Dorine said that the Africans ate blood and milk. I agree with you, Daphne, and I feel that Donald and Dorine were both wrong. I had no knowledge of your book until now. My article was posted on Gather in May.
