It is frightening to me that Mike Huckabee has won the Republican Party caucuses in Iowa, in spite of his record of corruption as Governor of Arkansas, his repeated ignorance of foreign and domestic policy, and his right wing ideological extremism. My one-word reaction to Mike Huckabe: Yuckabee.

Love it. I think that now that Huckabee is in the public eye, much more will come out to haunt him. He's pardoned a rapist because the victim was allegedly a shirt tail cousin of Bill Clinton's! Then, when the rapist went out and raped and killed, he whined that the parole board made him....Ummmm, from someone who has worked with clemencies and pardons, governors turn down approved pardons very easily, specially when its such a violent crime.
Then there's the son who tortured and killed a pet--and Huckabee tried to cover it up....

Mistletoe Mike. There are so many apt names for this guy, it's frightening. Look at him from any political perspective and he's a scary man.

No fair, J-just because he won Iowa?? I know NH likes McCain (I live in MA), & Romney was gov of our state, & didn't exactly leave with "flying colors." Mr. Huckabee, from recent polls, has been gaining ground in NH, his decisive win in Iowa being a factor. And, we don't like it when our candidates resort to mud-slinging & name-calling. Their are much more civil ways to conduct political debates!

Not fair?

Mari, I think that Mike Huckabee's shameless use of Christmas to promote his own personal ambitions is unfair. Huckabee's use of government power to protect his family from the law is unfair. Huckabee's long history of corruption in Arkansas is not fair.

But criticizing Mike Huckabee? Is that unfair? No, I don't think so.
