I had to stop in and see what this thing was!! LOL I had absolutely no idea when looking at the small picture! I'm glad you said in your caption, because I'm not sure I would ever have figured it out! LOL It looked like a dried dollop of ketchup or something! Or are you one of those people that spells it 'catsup'?! LOL

I took this Picture in my restaurant, I am not sure why and there is no way I would spell it catsup (sounds like something that cat pukes up)

I love red peppers, green yellow,and orange sliced
up and saute them in EVOO, yummers!!
