Over inflated prices???
After reading an article on Yahoo about dissappointed Hannah Montana fans, I looked to see when the concert tour was, and whether it would be in Michigan or not. The dissappointed fans were upset that the show was sold out of 11,000 tickets within moments of opening the ticket office.
Upon looking, I noticed that Hannah Montana will be in Michigan, down in Detroit, in December. I was curious (though I already knew we wouldn't be going), so I clicked the box office to check prices.
There are only 2 sections left, one being 3 seats in the front row, and the other being a VIP room, which you must buy out in order to buy.
Above are the costs -per seat-. The VIP room will cost the "lucky" purchaser just shy of $200,000. The front row seats are almost $1,000 each. And that's the box office price, NOT price gouging or scalpers.
I have to wonder about who is setting such astronomical prices, now.

When I looked directly at the Palace of Auburn Hills, the prices were MUCH more reasonable- $26-66 per ticket.
Even more so that people PAY IT!
