It's really easy. I took two chicken breasts and boiled this morning, reserving the chicken broth for soup. I used some dressing...I think it was ginger shitake - just a little left in the bottle, put in a tupperware with the chicken to marinate all day. Then just used salad greens, sliced almonds, and sliced strawberries. I cut the chicken in strips and pan seared in olive oil and put on salad. I used Brianna's Blush wine Vinegarette. That was also the same brand of dressing I used to marinate.
